Who Are You?

Someone who loves cooking! You are consistent and have an eye for the important details. The ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment is vital, and if you have prior experience to prove it, that’s even better. Speaking and understanding English is a must.   You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and lifting to 50 pounds. Availability to work weekends and some holidays. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare amazing food from scratch following our recipes to produce consistent results
  • Complete your prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, follow all specs, and stock food as needed
  • Rinse and cut raw food products
  • Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always make sure the plate presentation looks great
  • Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards, make sure your workstation stays clean and organized, and follow all the food handling standards
