 Who Are You? 

You love food and have the ability to create a welcoming environment. You have at least 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume restaurant.  You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. Availability to work weekends or some holidays.

 What You’ll Do: 

  • Maintaining / Exceeding club standards to the highest level of expectation to ensure a pleasant fine dining experience.
  • Greets guests in cordial matter & assists with seating.
  • Respond appropriately to guests requests or issues by effectively communicating to captains or management.
  • Supports team members in the completion of their duties to ensure satisfaction of all guests before during and after service.
  • Has the ability to recite basic food & beverage knowledge and run food to tables.
  • Stocking, organizing and preparing service-related items.
  • Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
  • Maintains a clean & organized section at all times and makes sure tables are clear of debris and dirty glassware/ silverware.
  • Marks tables accordingly to anticipate guests needs.
  • Assist with the cleanliness of the dining room and maintains an impeccable level of cleanliness in the surrounding areas.
  • Polishes glassware and silverware in a timely matter.
  • Assists with the setup of the dining room before during and after service.
  • Ensures the BOH areas and service areas are always up to standard, organized & clean.
  • Abides by the opening and closing checklist every day.
