 Who Are You? 

You love food and can create a welcoming environment. You have at least 2 years of recent experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills and the desire to work as part of a team. You are comfortable standing for long periods of time and can lift to 25 pounds. Availability to work weekends or some holidays.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Maintaining / Exceeding club standards to the highest level of expectation to ensure a pleasant fine dining experience.
  • Ensure effective communication with the support staff including Leadership team and BOH.
  • Greets guests in cordial matter & assists with seating.
  • Supervise dining room staff and maintains uniform service standards.
  • Oversees side work is completed daily and dining room supplies are up to par.
  • Review daily specials, stations and other applicable announcements.
  • Train new hires in service standards, menu items, use of POS system and upselling.
  • Lead to achieve desired results in high quality service and experience.
  • Takes orders and ensures the proper steps of service are always being utilized.
  • Makes sure that their assigned working area is always clean and organized.
  • Directly supervises the back servers and runners to ensure guest’s satisfaction.
  • Works closely with the sommelier.
  • Leads by example and coaches support staff when needed.
  • A focus on hospitality and guest rapport alongside development of a regular clientele
  • Superior communication skills (both written and spoken) and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Abides by the opening and closing checklist every day.
